We look forward to having you and your group travel with us aboard the Agawa Canyon Tour Train and experience this unique, one-day rail adventure into the heart of the Canadian wilderness. We are sure it will be a truly memorable tour for you and your patrons.

The Railway has partnered with 'Casino Sault Ste. Marie' to provide Special Casino Packages for all Groups taking the Agawa Canyon Tour Train. After booking your Canyon Tour with the Railway, just contact the Casino toll free at 1-800-826-8946 and a Casino representative will be happy to set up your Special Casino Package.

Please take the time to read the following Policy letter in order to become familiar with the required procedures etc., for booking your tour. If you have any questions regarding any of the policy information or require assistance in making your booking, please feel free to contact us.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

Bookings will be accepted by letter or fax commencing January 1st. We encourage you to submit your requests well in advance of your travel date, thereby allowing ample time to handle your request and meet your tour date.

Upon acceptance of your tour, a printed confirmation will be forwarded to you. The Railway reserves the right to accept or reject any group booking request. Please check your confirmation carefully to ensure that the date of your tour and the number of persons corresponds with your original request. Any errors or discrepancies should be reported to our office immediately by phone, fax or letter and steps will be taken to make the necessary corrections.

GROUP REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 25 PAYING PASSENGERS are required to book as a group. Dome Cars can accommodate a maximum of 40 PAYING PASSENGERS per car. Please note that student groups require a minimum of TWO (2) adult escorts.

COMPLIMENTARY GROUP ESCORT TICKETS

Groups must have a minimum of 25 PAYING PASSENGERS to receive ONE complimentary escort ticket. Groups totalling 35 PAYING PASSENGERS or more receive TWO complimentary escort tickets.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Travellers Cheques, Certified Cheques, Bank Money Orders, and Interac Direct Payment.

U.S. Funds are currently at a premium in Canada. We accept U.S. funds, however, in order to receive the best exchange rate we recommend using Visa or Mastercard when purchasing tickets. We also recommend our U.S. customers purchase Canadian dollars or Travellers Cheques at U.S. financial institutions prior to departure.

DEPOSITS

REGULAR COACH:
For summer travel dates from June 13th to September 6th, 2007, the RAILWAY requires a MINIMUM DEPOSIT of $200.00 for each group/bus tour to be paid at least 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE of travel date.

For fall travel dates from September 7th to October 13th, 2007, the RAILWAY requires a MINIMUM DEPOSIT of $500.00 for each group/bus tour to be paid 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE of travel date.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS ARE MINIMUM AMOUNTS AND THE RAILWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DEPOSIT STRUCTURE AS DEEMED NECESSARY.

FAILURE TO MEET THE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS WILL UNFORTUNATELY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR BOOKING .

CANCELLATIONS

When groups cancel their tour 30 DAYS OR MORE prior to their tour date, they will receive a full refund of their original tour deposit.

When cancellations are received LESS THAN 30 DAYS from their tour date, the group will forfeit any refund.

CHANGES

Any additions to the number of persons booked for each tour group will be accepted BASED ON AVAILABILITY. A reduction in number of people booked for each tour group will be accepted without penalty, when notice is received by the Railway at least SEVEN (7) DAYS prior to their tour date.

When a reduction in numbers is received within SIX (6) DAYS OR LESS from their tour date, the tour company will be responsible for payment of all the tickets originally booked (special circumstances may be reviewed during summer months) . In order to accommodate the high demand for seats during the fall colour season this policy will be strictly enforced.

We recommend contacting us by phone or fax when making any changes in order to expedite your requests. Note: When cancelling or making changes, please ensure that our representative provides you with their name.

TICKET PICK-UP

Tour escorts may pick up tickets and make full payment for all members of the group on the day prior to or before train departure, the morning of the tour. If possible, we recommend that tour escorts pick up their group's tickets the day before their tour. Our office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Meal requirements may be presented to the Railway at the time of booking and your requirements will be forwarded to the caterer for their handling. If you wish specific information regarding meals and payment, you may contact the caterer directly.

PAYMENT FOR FOOD SERVICES ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO KING CANYON CATERING CO. THE RAILWAY CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR FOOD SERVICES.
